The firm’s attorneys are admitted and practice in the North Carolina State Courts and the U.S. District Court. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in handling appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. While concentrating in the area of insurance defense litigation, the firm also handles a multitude of other legal matters, including representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases on a selective basis; preparing wills; minor traffic violations; subrogation actions; and workers compensation. In addition, one of the firm’s partners, John Anderson, is a certified mediator and is available to mediate Civil Superior Court cases in all areas of civil litigation.
